Greenacre B&B accommodation features large comfortable rooms with double and triple bedroom accommodation suitable as twin and singles too.  A welcome tray is provided with tea and coffee, TVs, hairdryer and towels provided in the rooms along with high quality bedding and all the facilities you need for your comfort.

All Prices £39 per person for B&B whether single, two or more book in together (includes cooked Scottish breakfast – evening meals can be provided). Children are £15 (aged between 5-12) and toddlers FREE (under 5) travel cot and high chair are available.

This unique and special pricing philosophy was decided upon by the owner Olly and her late husband Brian – they have always striven not to penalise people on price just because they are traveling on their own. Restarting the business a couple of years after losing Brian, Olly is keeping this up for as long as possible in his memory.

Bedroom 1

A lovely triple room is located on the first floor has views out over the forest and the front garden.  This room has a sink unit, tea and coffee making facilities and a television with use of a private bathroom. There is an armchair for your comfort and binoculars are provided to study the wide variety of nature you can see.

Also a lovely triple room it is also located on the first floor has views out over the forest and the front garden.  This room has a sink unit, tea and coffee making facilities, a sofa, coffee table and enough space to relax with a television with use of a private bathroom.   Binoculars are provided to study the wide variety of nature you can see.
